For support, feedback, and bug reports:

In the app, Go to Island Pulse → Settings → “Send Feedback”. This is the fastest way to reach us and includes your device and app version automatically.

Email, Reach us at the address listed on the Island Pulse App Store page.

When reporting a bug, including the following helps us respond faster:

  • Your iOS version and device model
  • What you sent (the JSON payload or curl command)
  • What you expected vs. what happened
  • The error code from the API response, if any (e.g. APNS_PUSH_FAILED, DEVICE_NOT_REGISTERED), visible in your terminal output
