Who we are
Island Pulse is offered on the App Store by Immigrader Tech LLC ("we," "us").
What the app does
Island Pulse shows Live Activities on your iPhone when you send updates using credentials the app provides (such as a personal URL or token). Routing updates may require our servers and Apple's services, including push notifications, in line with Apple's terms and disclosures. This policy describes our practices at a high level and is not a technical specification of every system or future feature.
What we process and store
We process information needed to run the service, including to verify your account, route inbound updates to the right device, use push-related tokens, and apply subscription or plan limits where applicable. The exact categories of data depend on how you use the app and may change as the product evolves; the App Store listing and in-app notices may provide additional detail.
Webhook and activity content. The service is intended to use the content you send to drive what appears on your device. We do not market a separate, customer-facing cloud archive of every payload for you to browse online. Like most online services, processing may involve temporary or short-lived handling on our systems (for example to deliver, debug, secure, or comply with law), and we may retain certain records where required for security, abuse prevention, legal obligations, or dispute resolution.
Information shown as history or logs inside the app, where available, is described in the app and is generally stored on your device unless we tell you otherwise there.
Apple, subscriptions, and analytics
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through StoreKit. We do not receive your full payment card details; Apple provides us transaction and subscription status as their policies allow.
We do not use third-party advertising SDKs in Island Pulse for cross-app tracking. For details aligned with Apple's privacy nutrition labels, see the app's privacy information on the App Store listing.
Your responsibilities
You choose what systems send data to your credentials. You are responsible for the content of payloads, for compliance with third-party terms and applicable law, and for not using the product to send unlawful material or special-category data you are not permitted to process this way.
Children
Island Pulse is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy when practices change. We will adjust the date below when we publish a new version. Material changes may also be described in the app or on this site where appropriate.
