Terms of service
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Island Pulse, published by Immigrader Tech LLC ("we," "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The service
Island Pulse provides Live Activities driven by updates you send using credentials we provide (such as personal links or tokens), delivered via push notifications and Apple's services. You are responsible for the content of those updates, for the tools and services you connect, and for compliance with third-party terms and applicable law. Features and limits may change; we do not guarantee any particular layout, timing, or format of on-screen content.
3. No guarantee of delivery
Push notification and Live Activity delivery depend on Apple's infrastructure, network conditions, and device state. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or timely delivery. The service is provided as is without an SLA for push delivery.
4. Subscriptions and refunds
Paid features may be offered through in-app purchases processed by Apple. Pricing, renewal, and cancellation are subject to Apple's rules and your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled through Apple as described in their policies, not directly by us unless required by law.
5. Intellectual property
The app, its branding, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in line with these Terms and the App Store rules. You may not reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the service.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Immigrader Tech LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of Island Pulse or reliance on webhook or push delivery. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the greater of (a) what you paid us for the app or subscription in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws.
7. Privacy
See the Island Pulse Privacy Policy. An additional privacy policy may apply to other sites we operate.
8. Changes
We may modify these Terms or the app. Where permitted by law, continued use after we post changes may constitute acceptance. Material changes may be communicated through the app, this site, or the App Store as appropriate.
